Online and Telephone Counselling

Helping you overcome your problems in a way that is proven to be just as positive and helpful as face to face counselling.

Face to face counselling may be the most recognised form of counselling, but there are other ways to access the same level of support.

I have worked by video call for 10 years and love the flexibility it gives both myself and my clients.

 

The Benefits of Telephone and Online Video Call Counselling are:

  • Anxious about getting COVID

  • Can fit more easily into everyday life such as breaks at work

  • Have your session in the comfortable of your own home or environment of your choosing

  • Missing appointments if you are away for work, traveling or live abroad

  • Have restricted mobility or are housebound for any reason

  • Difficulty finding childcare

  • Do not live local to me or live in remote areas

  • You work shifts and find it difficult to attend regular in-person appointments

Video Call Sessions.

This is where we will speak over the internet by video calls. I use Zoom which has been reliable and easy to use. All you need is a private comfortable space with a good internet connection to receive your session.

 

Telephone Sessions.

This is where we will speak over the telephone or on mobile. All you need is a private comfortable space to take your call and receive your sessions.

 

As with face-to-face sessions, I will offer you a space to talk through what’s troubling you and support you to identify and make any lifestyle changes should you wish to.
